Nearly 50 pages of analysis, dozens of cases studied, hundreds of legal and scientific references: the alert report paints a stark picture of the gap between what the law provides and the reality families live through.
Handed to Minister of Justice Annelies Verlinden, it sets out concrete recommendations to better protect child victims. Its delivery marks the Collective’s entry into public debate and was widely covered by the press.
